Modellen Tammy Hembrow har for nylig givet liv til et lille væsen, men det har virkelig ikke sat en stopper for hendes karriere. Den australske 'hottie' fløj fluks i fitnesscenteret, og bare seks måneder efter sin graviditet har hun delt et utal billeder fra hendes transformation.

Vi kan vidst roligt blive enige om, at Tammy ikke har ligget på den lade side, og at hendes forvandling hører til det ekstreme.

Being a mum is the best thing I've ever experienced. The sleepless nights, the poo explosions, the endless spit ups, the tantrums, the first words, the giggles, the unconditional love, the snuggles. I love EVERYTHING about being a mama to my two little loves and I thank God every single day for giving me the best gifts I could have ever imagined. It's a 24/7 job and it's a job I LOVE ???

So this is my current body shape. I had my first training session since my pregnancy yesterday and man are my legs KILLING me!! Lost a lot of muscle during & after my pregnancy but that just motivates me more.
